Horde Road

Privacy policy

Effective 2026-11-26. Applies to the Horde Road iPhone app and horderoad.com.

Short version: Horde Road has no ads and no tracking. We collect only what we need to run the daily challenge, ranks and friends. You can delete it all inside the app.

Who we are

Horde Road is made by 930 Labs, a solo developer. Contact: privacy@horderoad.com.

What stays on your phone

Your game progress, coins, upgrades and settings are saved on your device. The game works offline.

What we store on our server

The first time the game needs the internet (for example, to send a daily score), it asks our server to create an anonymous player account. We store:

Your handle, avatar, daily score and highest level can be seen by your friends and, for the handle, avatar and daily score, on the daily ranks.

What we do not collect

IP addresses

Your IP address is used in server memory to limit how fast one device can send requests. It is not saved in our database.

Notifications

If you allow them, the app schedules reminders on your phone. These are local notifications. We do not send push notifications from a server.

Where it is kept

Server data is kept on servers run by 930 Labs. We do not sell it or share it with advertisers.

Your choices

Children

Horde Road is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from them. If you think a child gave us data, email us and we will delete it.

This website

horderoad.com has no cookies, no analytics and no trackers. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when a page loads.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date.
